So how long should I expect it to take my zoas to open up after high salinity? My tank was running at 1.030 for a week or so before I caught it, zoas closed up during this time. Over the past week I've slowly lowered salinity to 1.025, how long should I expect them to take or are they done for? They still look healthy, just closed up.

Give them a couple days. Can’t say specifically how long it’s going to take

In some cases it can take more than a week or more for full recovery depending on strain. I had a similar issue related to uncalibrated refractometer.
