I have 360gal mixed reef tank. I had 3 Radion XR30s, but one seems to be broken. So I took the remaining two and put them evenly over the tank. My phosphate and nitrates are rising now, I think because less metabolic activity to absorb waste.
My question is, is there any downside to turning the lights from 12 hours (~8 peak), to 14 hours (~8 peak) to make up for the missing light?
