How long should I run my new lights

Odyssea T5 Aquarium Lighting

Just got this for my 30 gallon.

2x 24W T5 HO lamps 10000K
2x 24W T5 HO lamps Actinic Blue
2x LED moonlights

How should I run these? It is programmable.

I set it to for now:

Actinic - 7:30am-5:30pm
10000k - 9:30am-3:30pm
LED moonlights - 5:00pm-3:00am

I'd love any advice

Start with 6 hrs of blues, 2 hrs of white and moons on reverse. I would eventually run the blues for 12 hrs and 4 on the whites but thats just me.
