How long should I wait to move anemone

my bubble tip moved to the back of the rockwork 3 days ago. It’s not getting any light. How long should I wait to get it ?

If it was healthy before moving, I would wait at least 2 weeks before I would even think about it, but I personally would not move it unless it started showing signs of distress.

It is healthy. It’s fully open and inflated in the back. Thank you for the advice!

Sometimes they need to be acclimated to new tank lighting if previous lighting was weaker, this or being bleached will often make them hide from light.

You can try to screen over it's area and see how it reacts.

Mine was in the back with no light for a day or so and came back out today. I was worried too but the people in here helped out with their advice.

It might just like it there though and do okay.

I have some BTA's hidden from light with no issues while others are up front and center.

Just leave him there, he find the way to the light, or move when feeling unhappy

Almost impossible to get a pic of him with my phone but 1 or 2 tentacles are getting light, Still inflated and foot attached. I’ve had it for 3 weeks now. Definitely came from a tank with weaker lighting. I will leave it alone. I appreciate all the help everyone

TBH, the ones (in my tank) not up front and center are a bit smaller but their color and health are fantastic. They will move if they want a bit of a suntan. lol

The nem came out today !
I got a clown a week ago and still hasn’t eaten, I tried flakes, pellets, brine, and mysis. Is This is normal ?

It should be eating. Cut off flow completely and put mysis right in front of the clown (I use tongs).

Garlic has never worked well for me personally and FWIW I have read it can be quite common for clowns to not eat for a couple of weeks after being introduced, especially if they are wild caught. I would stick with trying to feed them a variety of frozen food, maybe only try some every couple of days until they take to it.

You are the 3rd post I've seen w/ new clowns not eating, super common for clowns.
Seems like they just explore new tank and for some reason often don't eat first few days, they should come around soon.

Bad news. The clown is swimming sideways at the top of the surface and I tried to feed it with mysis soaked in garlic but he still wouldn’t eat and The nem went back into hiding and this time it’s getting no light at all
