To all my fellow reefers out there. I’m currently running an Innovative Marine 50 gal lagoon aio tank has been running and stocked for 10 months and my corals and fish are doing great. New growth and happy fish.
Question is I’m filling my new 100 gal this weekend and was wondering at what point should I move the inhabitants over?

No need to wait. Get everything ready with the new tank, then you're ready, make a towel path from the old tank to the new tank and bring your rocks over first, then your fish. Then finally transfer one scoop of sand from the old tank to the new tank.

Your existing rock will support your current fish load in the new tank, even if you add new sand and some new rocks. The water temp and salinity should be matched perfectly. I've done this a few times, never had an issue.

Second that, I have literally done the exact same thing except the sand, about 6 weeks ago, no issues and am adding new livestock spacing them out a couple of weeks each to allow the bacteria to adjust to the new bioload.

Why disrupt them? If they are doing great then why move them?

No need to wait. About to do the same thing this weekend from a 25 gallon to a 65. Temperature and salinity is what matters. They need to be almost the same.

Well I do have new rock work in the tank. I will add a large piece from the old tank in the sump to help move it along. Sorry I didn’t mention this in the initial post.
