How long should lights stay on???

hey guys,
How long should I be leaving my light on for? I'm currently running a 7 led par 38 bulb.

It varies. Mine run for 11hrs but they ramp up/down. Get about 4hrs of max lighting.
Without dimming capabilities I'd say 7-9hrs.
