Once the cycle is done whether it’s using Fritz turbo start and adding fish right away, or throwing in a dead shrimp and waiting weeks or months….. after that add your first fish or two. Then 2-3 weeks later I’d add a next fish or two. You just don’t want to overwhelm the good bacteria that is still getting established.
As for corals, I think most people will tell you to wait for a while, especially with sps.. but I personally think it’s helpful to add cheap tester corals early on… even before fish is no big deal in my opinion. Coral needs require lighting and water quality. They can bring in good helpful bacteria, coralline and they don’t care how old the tank is if needs are met. Duncans, hammers, Softies and LPS is where I’d start. Nothing expensive.
Jake Adams felt this way as do some other sources of info I trust.
