How long to be fallow for?

I’ve read so many different articles and I’m always hearing different numbers. My tanks been fallow since 04/07/2020. I made a note in my calendar for 80 days fallow. I’ve heard 72/76/90/92. So which of these should I follow?

That’s the most common number I’ve seen over the year, but have seen a few people mentioning 90.
I’ll stick with 80 days, as the scientific articles have mentioned 76. Will be using fresh water mollies to check the DT of parasites on the 80th day, as I CANNOT go through this again

I’ll give you a new number. 42. Humblefish’s new recommendation if tank temp is maintained above 80.6F, 6 weeks fallow. Can check it out on his forum.
