How long to keep regal angel in this acclimation box

Seems to be picking at bottom of container and wants out. This is a 225 gallon peninsula tank. i also moved a bunch of rocks around to confuse the tangs

been in box 1 day...tangs dont even look at the regal.. only fish that looks at the regal is a filefish- this is a juvenile regal

i'd say ok hour before lights out, but be prepared if tangs attack, nets ready,lights out. best wishes
