How long to let paint dry before setting up a tank?

Built a stand for a 75G and rolled on a few coats of Rustoleum Enamel.

It's been drying outside for close to 2 days now, but still fairly smelly.

Is it too soon to bring it inside and set up the tank? I'm worried the VOC might be a bad combo with the skimmers.

As long as you painted the OUTSIDE of the tank I think you're fine ;-)

Has anyone else here painted a stand with enamel? Does the off-gassing matter other than smell?
