Welcome and congrats to the tank already cycling. The question you asked can be a difficult one to answer as so many quarantine differently. That being said, there are some basics to it and highly recommend you read this.

As far as anemones go if you want to go down that route, check out a bubble tip anemone. I do recommend to having a more established reef prior to getting one.

Best of luck!!

There are several lines of thought on quarantine.

One line is to not treat the fish and just hold them and observe them for a long time such as 70 days.

The other line of thought is to use fresh water dips and the tank transfer method and a long holding period. The advantages here is the fish are not being treated with chemicals. The two treatments will get rid of ich and most external parasites.

The final approach is to treat preemptively with copper. Copper will kill a wide variety of disease causing organisms. It gives you a good chance of having disease free fish. But there is a risk of harming the fish with the treatment.

All of the approaches have their advantages and weaknesses. We can get into serious debates about them. But any quarantine beats the heck out of no quarantine.

Defently will research the pros and cons of all this thanks for the advice bud

I'm not an expert but I was running FOLWL for over a year before add my first Anemone, patience is the key for to be success in keeping saltwater.
As for the quarantine I have some fishes look all fine and healthy in QT for 2 months, then ich showed up on them 2 weeks after in DT, might be it's just my bad luck and I hope it won't be your case. Have fun and good luck :)
