So I had some polyclads killing my torch corals quite some time back. I treated 4 times with flatworm exit, removed all visible worms, dipped all corals, and scraped all skeletons for eggs. I havent seen a flatworm since then but there is always the lingering though of how long does it take for them to come back? It's been close to 2 months and I have not seen a baby flatworm or anything in that time frame.

Once in always in. Get a yellow wrasse or a spotted mandarin if you get an outbreak.
So it becomes a game of management? I am at my bioload limit so once I am done with my aiptasia filefish I'll swap it out for a yellow corris wrasse

The wrasse will pretty much wipe them out. How big is your filefish?
2 inches maybe. But that's with 2 clowns and a scooter blenny in a 20g. The filefish is temp to get rid of the aiptasia (looks like it has done so)

I have a 6 line I could toss in this tank but Ive e heard 6 line are less likely to eat polyclad than yellow wrasse
