How many blackworms to feed?

Is there a good rule of thumb for how many blackworms to feed, and how often (as a supplemental food, along with other stuff)?

When I get them, I feed once per day. I typically will feed 1/4 teaspoon worth to 15-20 hungry fish.

I got a personal message from Paul B., quoting with his permission:

I use one of my squeeze feeders and give one shot of that with their regular meals of clam or mysis. The worms, although are an excellent food are there mainly for the living bacteria they provide and are not really the main course. The bacteria will greatly help their immune system function. That is my theory anyway. I have about 22 fish and they get probably 60 worms. I would like each fish to get a few worms. A tiny fish like a clown gobi can eat maybe two but my copperband gets about 10. If that was their only food, I would need a lot more worms. A blue devil would get about 4 worms.

You can of course feed more worms but it gets expensive so I normally feed clams or Mysis and supplement worms at every meal.

My fish eating some live worms which they get every day. I am feeding a little more worms here than I normally do but there are about 22 fish in there and you are only seeing a few of them in this video. The rest of them must be watching TV.
Every fish in this video, except the copperband is spawning. I believe the worms account for that.
