How many buckets do you own?

My salt is IORC in the big boxes, but at 1/2 a liter a day of ESV 2-Part, the buckets add up. Finally had to bite the calcium reactor bullet to get part of my life back.

Nothing very orderly about my fish room. It is all mine. At least my APEX modules are all pretty orderly. Got that going for me.

I have quite a few. I use them in the garden for plants. Herbs are good to keep contained to limit them being invasive. I also use them for tomato and other vining plants because I do not like the vining plants in my raised beds. I keep ghost pepper plants in them to keep them separate from my other pepper plants. You don't to accidently get one of those mixed up lol.

Not enough. I’m using 3 to mix ~12 gallons for a water change in my 40 breeder, and realized I needed to buy one more to actually drain the water before I could do the WC haha

Dozens. I wish I could just buy the boxed version of IO instead. Unfortunately, it cost more per gallon than the bucket (counter-intuitive) so I keep accumulating...

That looks like the bucket equivalent of a "beeramid" ha ha.

Lol great question. I thought I was pushing the limits with 4 five gallon buckets, 3 five gallon jugs, and a 20 gallon brute. Also have a Costco black and yellow storage bin, but solely temporary. Oh do 2 10 gallon tanks and 1 5 gallon count too?

Not enough. Got a 5 3 and 2 gallon bucket and a 5gallon water container thing for dispensers that I use for RODI.

Need one more bigger bucket and I’m set.

Also trying to keep everything organized and presentable. Living in a normal size-ish 2 bedroom apartment and the aquarium took over the entire second bedroom almost. Hahaha

I have lots of buckets in the broom closet. Just gave away 7-8 of them to my friend who's moving across his state. I buy salt by the bucket off Amazon, which makes me accumulate one new bucket each month.

But THIS little setup... changed my world and freed me from the dependency on buckets!!!
(There's a 3-stage whole house followed by another 3-stage just at the bottom of the frame.)

ha ha I swear I was gonna post the same topic and lost my nerve; thought the growing bucket issue was just me...thanks for posting OP
Oh I got 11ish

10 buckets, 4 brutes.
However, i have two tanks, and am about to start a 3rd.
That's when i will do my build thread, which i CAN'T wait to do!
The 10 buckets and 4 brutes won't seem quite so much like overkill once i get my 3rd tank going.
You'll see!

You should ask how many have you thrown out.

I get rid of the evidence. If my wife was able to sit there and count all the TM pro buckets I used over the last 10 plus years I would be in trouble. She would be able to figure out how many thousands have been spent just for salt. o_Oo_O
