I have a 40 gallon tank that has been up and running for several months now and am trying to get it stocked properly. My lfs never have the variaty of fish I am looking for so I order online. But with the price of shipping and everything I cant really see myself ordering one or two fish at a time. How many fish can i safely add at once to my tank?

Right now i have 2 clownfish, 1 melanarus wrasse, and one cleaner wrasse.

Firefish goby, small watchman goby (will dig sand), Twinspot blenny (great for algae) and 6 line wrasse (great for pest control)

hi,honestly not too many more ,small, poss clown goby, basslet, gramma, just a few ideas

With the nitrate/nitrite control we have today its not bad to add multiple fish at the same time if thats your question..
