How many clowns in a 215 Gallon

My wife and I currently have a pair of Oscilarrius clowns that are both tank raised, and would like to add a few more pairs, in the same species. How many do you think we can safely house without them fighting?

If they are the same species, or even if they are perculas and ocellaris in the same tank, you can expect some aggression until a pecking order is established. I'm not sure if there is a good number to hopefully reduce aggression but perhaps @eatbreakfast or someone in the #reefsquad can tell you more.

You might be able to add a large (harem) group of juveniles - ten or twenty, maybe? not sure what the ideal number would be - and let them kind of work it out. The technique somewhat duplicates their behaviour in the wild; one anemone with a breeding pair, another nearby with a group of juvenile clowns. Should one of the breeding pair vanish for whatever reason, a juvenile will work its way over to become the male, while the remaining breeder becomes the female.

I have a 180g clown fish only tank. I introduced 55 juvies at once. You could go around 70-80 juvies all from the same clutch, or at least from the same species. Mine are 5 different speices of percula's, which each group from the same clutch.
