How many fish? 20gal vs 25gal

If we disregard territorial/compatibility issues for the sake of argument (we all know that this is one of the most crucial factors);

How many additional fish would the 5 gallon extra allow in let’s say a IM Fusion 20 vs. IM Lagoon 25?

Again, for the sake of argument, we’re running the same setup and equipment on both.
