How many fish in a 6 gallon??

I want to add coral as well and I have live sand and work already

Well I have some already in there but I keep hearing that it's too many for that tank I have 2 small clown fish and a dotty back

Will the clowns are going get big but that sounds fine right now but I overstock my tanks

You're going to have issues and probably sooner than later. You can not expect two types of fishes that are known for their aggression to live peacefully in a 6 gallon tank. It's pushing it with 2 clowns, let alone a Dottyback. The tank is too small for 3 fish, so get a larger tank or return the Dottyback. You can add corals, but not fish. Your fish and have not reached maturity and they will and then they will stake out territories, it's their nature. Eventually the clowns will probably kill the Dottyback.

Agreed. Even two clowns is pushing it IMO. You'll have a hard time maintaining water quality with two fish in that size tank.

Then I think I'm going to get rid of my dotty back this week then if it's best for my tank
