So I’m all for diversity and mixing up food for my tank.

Right now I’m using the following:
Nori sheets
Homemade frozen food (clams, halibut, oysters, shrimp, nori, selcon, spirulina)
LRS frozen
Rods frozen
PE flakes
New Life pellets
Freeze dried mysis with selcon
Masstick

This doesn’t count coral foods.

I’m curious to see what people feed their tanks. Do most people stick with one or two foods, or mix it up?

Half sheet of nori and I rotate each feeding between mysis, gut loaded brine, krill and chopped squid.

Pellets, flakes, seaweed, frozen brine, frozen mysis, reef roids, finely chopped clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp. I swear my fish smile at me when I change it up for them.

I alternate between Omega One Pellets, API Flakes and Frozen Mysis. This is for two small Percula Clowns and one Royal Gramma.

I feed frozen fish eggs in the morning. They thaw in a little tank water in a matter of seconds. I feed pellets in the early evening. On the weekends I flip it and do pellets in the morning. I also feed an extra time mid day on the weekends.

My clowns gobble both down immediately.

What do i do now that nearly all of my fish wont eat anything but white worms?

i started it to get 1 picky fish started on eating, but now they are all hooked ;Dead

I have Reef roids, Coral frenzy , Benepets and LRS. I mix the fine texture w/c are the Roids and Benepets with Coral frenzy. With LRS, just by itself.

Hikari mysis, mega marine angel and spirulina brine, IQF silversides, krill, and clam strips, Rods food predator blend, and nori.

Huh, I didn't realize that was a Thing

Regarding romaine lettuce as food:

Ya its kind of old school and though you don't see as often these days I do believe its a beneficial foods for tangs and large angels. If not for its nutritional value but at the very least for its fish fiber.

So back in the day the thought was to use it to prevent hlle and give tangs and angels something to munch on all day without putting too many nutrients in the water. Reefers have been doing it literally for decades and at the very least it does not harm the fish as tangs have lived on this for many many years and have been just fine and healthy.

Yes there will be arguements on its nutritional value. Yes nori has way more vitamins and nutrients for fish. No arguement there. However romaine lettuce wont dirty the water and you can leave it there all day. Fish get to graze on it constantly and I believe it keeps thigs flowing on the gi department. Don't know if the hlle prevention is true or not but I never had any on my tangs or angels.

Ive used it for years and continue to do so. My fish like it and are fat and healthy. Obviously not all they eat but they get a clip everyday.

Dainichi pellets, Ocean Nutrition Marine Mix and Hikari or ON Mysis frozen. I’ll probably introduce a 3rd frozen option soon.

LRS reef frenzy but when I’m feeling really lazy, I’ll pop a frozen cube of krill. I honestly feel LRS is all I need. I mean it’s like 10 foods in one.
