How many Nems per tank?

really thats up to you, I dont think theres a "limit" per say. It will depend on what other corals you want in your tank. Nems will always walk, even the ones that stay put for a year, at least this is what I have found. I have a friend with a 180, he added a nice RBTA about 3 yrs ago and it has literally split 50 times. It has become somewhat of a problem since some he can remove to sell but others he cant and they sting his SPS.

I say give it a go, youve got a nice size tank. Just be ready for splits and try not to cement all your rock work together in the event one decides to take a stroll. This way you can remove it without it possibly taking out another coral.

Question...and thanks for the replies. I just bought my first one in a few days ago. It moved from the spot I originally gave it. It went to the underside of the rock and has stayed there so far. My lighting is 3 Radion G3's with a 50% overall intensity and Gyre 150 for flow.

BTA will move until they find there spot.
Sometimes they settle in one area, next week there in a different area.

Kind of a gamble
+1. Nothing you can really do until it finds its place. Make sure to have your power heads covered bc they have a tendency to find their way in them and foul a tank
