How many pj cardinals??

I have a 200g dt that just finished cycling. I want to add a group if pj cardinals. Two quick questions.

I have a 29g qt cycled. It’s full of bio media and I’ve been pouring ammonia in - so I’m curious how many cardinals I could get in there? Would 7 or 9 be too many?

I plan on adding a lot of not reef safe fish like angels and triggers. Will that be a bad combo?

hi imo 7-9 in qt would be ok ,concern would be triggers imo
