I’ve been having a cyno problem since adding lights. My tank itself is over a year old but I added 4bulb t5 about 3 months ago and boom cyno….. I have two power heads and wondering if I should have a third to keep it off of the rocks. The source I know is high P0 4 at .7. This is way lower than when I first started. Just trying to find the right flow to keep it off the rocks so my frags don’t get covered. Don’t mind the clown she’s enjoying the cyno on the rock‍♀️♀️ The second question what’s a good return pump that doesn’t vibrate at all?

two power heads is fairly standard. you can always replace them with higher GPH models if you need more flow. if you think adding another will help, go for it. instead of directing a lot of flow at the rocks, i use a turkey baster to blow them off before every water change.
good return pumps are: sicce syncra, tunze silence, jebao DC pumps are silent but reliability is questionable.
