6 foot long custom 200 gallon DT, extra 100 gallons in sump. Learned the hard way that angels kill all my inverts, so going tangs. Currently have a 5-inch orange shoulder, 2-inch purple, 3-inch powder blue, and 4-inch clown.

Any more? How about a couple small yellows?

I would guess the clown may make it difficult to add new tangs to say the least, they are basically same as a sohal

There are countless accounts of a clown tang or sohal becoming the sole inhabitant of whatever size tank it was put in. They are beautiful fish but become assassins with maturity

I have 7 in my 72" x 24" x 30".
3 yellows, 3 hepatus and 1 purple.
I would not add 1 more. I'd add 3 more so the aggression can be distributed until they claim their territories for sleeping and such. 3 yellows would stick together.
Get a big mirror and put it one the sides of the tank for awhile. It really does help. They battle their reflection rather than battling each other.
