I have 10 in a 110 and would add more if not for me having other fish.
You don't have to add at the same time but add the more aggressive later. There are about twelve tamarin wrasse and about as many leopards. They are very sensitive and often get injuries in transport. Make sure they are eating and uninjured before purchase. Next to add would be fairy wrasse. There are a bunch of species so use the fairy chart to figure out which to add.
Finally a dusky, halichoeres marginatus is one of about 80 halichoeres wrasse. Only get ones that don't reach more than 6". They are not aggressive but the most aggressive of the types you list.

Specification is needed on the last 3 fish. There’s 60+ in the genus Cirrhilabrus and if you’ve included the Flashers (Paracheilinus) then it’s Atleast 70-75. Tamarins (Anampses) and Leopards (Macropharyngodon) have around 12 species in each genus and those species vary in aggression, hardiness, availability and so on.
Other information like dimensions, sandbed depth (2-3” ideally for larger wrasses), other tank mates outside of Wrasses, etc. Just being given a number of Gallons and list of wrasses we can’t really help a ton. This extra information is going to help us a lot more with what will be compatible.
