How many ml would i need for a 20l to feed bacteria? its got no sand and no rock :) just an HOB and a heater is all! Ammonium chloride used is from dr tim at 4drops per/1gal

Isn't the answer in your question? Measure how many ml does 4drops per gallon come to.
