I have a 8-9" derasa claim in my reef. Recently, my multicolor angel has started nipping on it. ( I know. I know.). Clam is open almost all the time and there does not look to be any damage. Going after the mucos I suspect. I am wondering at what point do I pull the angel? Assuming it stays as is, which I doubt. Anyone with experience keeping both and both doing well under these circumstances?

Thanks for any info.

To be honest it's a judgement call you can take the chance and hope it stops but then your clam can sustain to mutch damage to the point were it dies or you can choose clam or fish in my experience with angels when they start to nip they tend to continue ,for me it was lps or emperor Angel I kept the Angel .
