Here's a video of me feeding my fishes tonight. I normally feed them only once a day.
Nothing makes me happier than watching my fishes eating well. Took me 3 weeks to finally get that purple tang to eat anything I put in the tank, he still loves those nori seaweed lol
So, do you guys think I should feed more or less, would love to hear from you

IMO, that food is to small for those fish and your tangs are kind of skinny. The purple guy looks plump enough but hard to tell. They also all have the beginnings of HLLE. The clowns look fine, so in response to your question, I would say, not enough. The nori is good though, especially for the tangs. IMO of course.
I do realize it is hard to take care of fish in a small bare tank like that but I am sure they will do better when you put them in whatever you are going to put them in.

I feed about a teaspoon of pellets every day along with about a 50 cent sized piece of reef frenzy everyday other day. I currently have 16 fish in my 210 gallon mixed reef. I also feed a little sea weed now and then.

Small portions 2-3x a day IMO is way better than 1x a day. Fish are so active it's very easy for them to burn calories.
I feed 2x a day Reef Frenzy with NLS pellets In between. I've got lil fishes [emoji2]

Frequency of feeding is very important. The vast majority of reef fish eat small meals throughout the day. Replicating this in captivity as much as possible is ideal.

I've always fed my fish at least twice a day, mysis, brine, spirulina, etc, frozen and seaweed and kelp in clip. They find food in the reef between feedings. Occasionally I will feed them a small cube in the middle of the day.

I feed more than people think I should. I feed 3-5 times a day. 3 frozen preps and 2 dried krill and small pellets from my automatic feeder.

I feed two cubes of angel and butterfly preparations, 2 cubes of baby mysis, and 1 cube of rotifers soaked in selcon (selcon is done only 3x a week) for 10 min. This is for my 125 gal reef.

I do that twice a day. The other feeding is lights out and it's a blend of phyto, rotifers and zooplankton. This helps my filter feeders and my pod population loves me for it.

I skim moderately heavy and use a canister filter for chemical/mechanical filtration. It also acts as a great bio filter but that isn't its primary purpose.

Foods of choice?? Hikari rotifers, Sally's krill (for my marine beta, CBB, red serpent star and brittle stars) rods foods, two little fishes zooplankton and @algeabarns phyto and pods. Marine mixes are a variety and I'm not picky about those.

I also have a HUGE cleaning crew. So that seriously helps with the leftovers.

I feed 3-4 times a day. My tangs have 4 sheets of nori, 2 sizes of Spectrum, 2 chopped muscles and squid as a treat. In one day. I have 2 blue tangs, a purple tang, a yellow tang, a clown tang, a blonde naso, a vlamingi ( I think I spelt it right) 3 clown fish and 2 chromies.

Just remember more food means more waste [emoji6]
More food means more waste, but more feedings don't necessarily, dividing what is being fed to more feedings would actually lead to less food being wasted and more being consumed.

I feel as I was feeding the right amount but was lacking on frequency, should've fed them more than once a day.
Now I am feeding 3 x a day and also added selcon & vitachem to their diet for the HLLE. I'm also making sure whatever goes in the tank gets completely consumed within 20 sec, that way I know I am not over feeding, well except for nori sheets.

I feed twice a day, only feed what they eat once they are done I stop adding. I do make sure some lands on the bottom for the cuc and inverts.

Once a day. PE mysis (one block) and seaweed, then Pellets other day. I rotate between both them, fish seem really fat. I did go once every other day which was good for a year, but after I started everyday fish seem healthier.

Waste as in fish poop. Ya know the other waste [emoji6]
Right, but not all is converted into waste, fish use food to grow and build fat stores, so technically less is wasted, and if the same quantity is fed over more feedings less food ends up just in the system not being utilized for any purpose.
