How much do you let kh/Ca go before adjusting

How much do you let kh/Ca go before adjusting? I have been testing CA 440 and KH 7.8 dkh for a couple months now steady, this week CA 420 KH 7.3 dkh. Was wondering how far most let theirs go before adding time to their dosing pumps?

What you want is stability.

I always keep mu CA between 480-500 and ALK around 9.0.

I recommend that you increase your ALK to atleast 8.0.
