How much flow for WaterBox Reef 100.3

Hi! I'm currently working on a future build with the Waterbox Reef 100.3. I was planning on having two VorTech MP40QD and one Gyre pump XF330. I also thought that I could alternatively have two MP10 and maybe the Gyre XF350. Any opinions on which combination I should go with? As far as livestock I do plan to have fish and and a large variety of corals.

I have two AI Nero 5's in my waterbox 100.3 and have plenty of flow.

Have you used the VorTech pumps before? Do you prefer the Neros?

Two vortech pumps would give you plenty of flow for an SPS system In a tank that size. They can be set for variable flow. I use them and I find that they run quite reliably.

I had one MP10 in it before I upgraded to the Nero 5's.
