Hey reefers happy reefing. So I have a Red Sea reefer 425. My question is how much flow should I have in my sump? Because right now it looks like I have little amount of flow

Generally reefers aim for 5 to 7 times tank volume turnover. Some users running the Triton method will go as high as 10x turnover. I have a very high turnover in my tank, probably around 11 times turnover after head loss.

Is it bad for the flow to be low?

The tank is 88 gallons and sump 24 gallons

So the m1 is rated at 2,000 gpg, at led #5 that puts you around 830 gallons per hour (not including head loss) so I'd say you're good as 5x is only 450gph

This question gets ask here a lot what is the science behind the answer?

What does 12 times get you over 3 times?
