How much flow

A lot of it will depend on what type of corals you plan to keep and how you set up your rock structure. If you provide those details, I'm sure some people with similarly sized tanks will chime in.

Are you asking specifically for the return pump size you need? If so, it depends on a lot of factors...how many bends you plan on having plumbed from your return to your tank, how far/tall your tank will be from your sump, dimensions of your tank, etc....

on my sps dominated 75 i have 2 vortech mp40's running @70% and had 2 mp10's@100%

are you shure thats not to much water flow????:squigglemouth:
Too much flow is when it strips the tissue off the coral
There was a recent study on optimal water flow for coral feeding that said something along the lines of 5 cm per second
