Hey reefers I have a lps/softies my tank is L60x W30xH24 I have a Red Sea reef wave 45 running uniform wave witch is pulse mode at 40 and 50 percent through out the day on a schedule I made so 2 hours at 40 and then 2 hours at 50 percent. I only have the one reef wave. My question is that is one pump enough. I have toad stool leathers and some hammer corals and octo spawns

On that long of a tank it's basically a necessity to have two pumps on opposite ends of the tank. Otherwise you're gonna get a bunch of dead spots.
How much flow do you recommend? I have an mp40 I can put in I didn’t know if it would be to much flow?

Since it's softies and LPS a good rule of thumb is 20-40x tank volume turnover per hour. So like 4000-8000 gph. The one you have plus the MP40 ranging from 30% to 80% would probably be a good starting point.

If you want SPS down the road, that will need to bump into the 50-100x turnover per hour and require 3-4 pumps the size of an MP40.
