If you look at the Phosban Reactor instrucions, it looks likethey recommend 200 grams GFO for 150 gallons of water, which comes out to just a bit over 13 grams/10 gallons. Here is the link:

How about carbon, is the hole rex sappost to be full? its a 2lf rex and both carbon and gfo a bulkreefsapy..

No the reactor chamber will not be anywhere near full. I use a full 150 gram dose in my 100G and its only maybe 3" deep inside the reactor when sitting still. If you use too much it does not rise and tumble slightly so it begins to clump up and turn solid. The idea is to keep it in motion so the granules do not stick together. On the other hand keep the flow minimal so it does not tumble too much and turn to dust. All the suppliers recommend starting out with 1/2 dose and work up to the full recommneded dosage so you don't shock and bleach the corals.
