How much GPH for a 80 gallon is recommended ?

Just curious what the recommendations are for flow. Looking for a new pump for my 80 gallon ELOS. My friend has a brand new he is willing to part with.

It’s usually recommended to have 6x turnover plus a little for head height. That would work but it would have to be turned way down.

I have a Cor20 on my 120 gal tank running at 40 percent, it is easier on the pump to oversize it a little and throttle it back.
