How much iodine can I dose at once?

Got a Triton ICP test and my iodine was a bit low

23.00 µg/l (set point is 30-90)

I have Red Sea trace elements A and was going to dose some iodine to get those levels up. How can I convert this to how many ppm I need and can I dose it all at once?

Read the directions on the back of the package and dose accordingly.

Pay special attention to the directions in part 4.

Basically, no more than 1ml per 25g per day.
