How Much is Too Much

I have a RSR250. My main pump is a Sicce 3.0 and i have (2) Jebao PP-8 wavemakers, one on each side of the tank.

I have nice wave action in the tank which really provides nice surface movement but im curious if all this action would stress out fish or softies i intent to keep?

Currently i only have (1) damsel and I plan on getting (2) snowflake clowns this upcoming weekend.

Fish love current and so do corals. Obviously don't blast them off the rocks or anything. More water movement means more oxygen exchange as well, which everything needs as well.

Depends on the fish. Some don't care for much flow. A cowfish, for example.

If you start blowing sand everywhere, you found the limit. My powerheads make a sandstorm if i go too high.
