How much light to acan lords & micrummsia prefer?

I have 3 165watt led units over my 125 gal and since their only 4 inches off the water I've had them at about 35%-60% tops and something is telling me even with my new sps frags I have 4/5th from the top that anything above 50% power may be too much for even my acros, my neon tipped birds nest has pull polyp extention but the others only have some. Tips advice

I've had success with acans at 75 to 100 par.

From my experience. Each Acan is a little different and may prefer different lighting requirements. I would start them low in the aquarium and some like indirect light better such as some rainbows etc. Good luck.
