I have 0.101 ppm of phosphates.

What is good nitrates level for a mixed reef? Now I have 0 nitrates.

If I fallow 1:100 rules, it must be a 10mg/l of nitrates. Is that correct and a good level?

Thanks

Depends on what you're keeping. 5 to 10 range is ideal.

For a mixed reef, between 5 and 15 ppm is a good range to shoot for. If you're leaning more towards heavy SPS you want to go lower and if you're leaning more towards heavy softies/LPS you can go higher. You definitely want to get that number up from zero though.

5 nitrates with 0.101 phosphates is ok ratio?

Its typical for chaeto to reduce tbe nitrates to 0 and phosphates 0.1?

Phosphate nitrate ratios are irrelevant to reef keeping. You want at least what's readable above the margin of error of the test kit (so if the margin of error is 2ppm, try not to go below 3ppm. As for the max, it's sorta whatever you want it to be since there isn't a consensus as to the best level. I prefer no more than 20ppm since it's harder to control the higher it goes. I aim for 5-10ppm typically. I would also try to lower your phosphate a little.

I have a Phos 0.04 from Fauna marin. Can I use it?

Ratios are not an appropriate way to set targets, despite some claims it is.

5-10 ppm is a fine range for nitrate, regardless of the phosphate level.

0.03 to 0.1 ppm phosphate is a good target range for phosphate regardless of the nitrate level.
