How much PAR?

So was browsing around the stickies etc so I apologize if I over looked it, but is there a chart with recomended PAR levels etc, I know its really going to depend on the type of corals I intend to grow, just looking for some kind of outline

The closet thing I've heard to a rule of thumb is 200-250 on the sand with a few shady spots for low light corals.
I don't know how trustworthy or universal that is though. It may be a load of crap lol.

 

[Keithcorals]

Zoas/lps 40-140par
Soft corals 40-200
Montis 60-180
Acros 150-400+
There are exceptions and people will have different opinions but most should fall in those ranges.
