The ratio is basically 2:3 of K to NO3, so for each 3 PPM NO3 you add, you are adding 2 PPM of K.I wonder whats the potassium boost to nitrate boost?
Yes, except that the solution should be made by adding 80 grams of it to enough water to make up a total solution volume of 500 mL, and not 80 grams of it plus 500 mL of water. So i added to 500ml of water 80 grams of it. Apparently 1ml of this solution added to 25 gallons tank water will raise no3 by 1ppm. Is that correct?

Okay thanks. I just used a 500ml coke bottle. I filled it with approximately 450ml water and after putting in 80g of potassium nitrate it filled it the top almost. So i guess its pretty close.
If you decide to do this with Potassium phosphate at any point, be MUCH more careful with your measuring. With Potassium nitrate it doesn't matter so much, but it's a really bad habit to be in to mix so inaccurately.
