How much ProBio Reef Salt per gallon

Finally finished up my last buck of Red Sea blue bucket. An my next water change I will be using the AF Probiotic reef salt.
How much salt per oz or grams do you add to make 5 gallons at .35 ppm?

Doesn't it come with its own measuring cup. I didn't use it because I was mixing up 50
Gallons (actually just their reef salt not probiotic)

It comes with a cup that has markings for 2.5gallons.
