How much rox.08 in a next reef holder

i have a 150 gallon with a lion fish. I use the next reef 250 gallon size container that hold 1/2 gallon of rox.08 . Am I suppose to put that much in and when I do there is no room left in it. Thank you

Haha wow a half a gallon. I have 2 vertex 2.5 media reactors that were once on my 120gallon. I used about an inch worth of r0x approx 300ml was more then enuff. Rox is powerfull stuff, youll only need like a half of cup per 100gallons of tank water.
