Hi all.. I have the following livestock in a three month old soon to be reef tank.. I have a couple small frags but mostly FOWLR..100gal. Occupants are:

Sailfin tang
One spot foxface
Coral beauty
Flame hawk
Six line wrasse
Two fire shrimp
CuC is 35 astraea snails, three conches, five blue leg hermits...

Right now I feed
At lights on: one cube frozen spirulina brine shrimp with just a couple theta a pellets ...
At noon: one small sheet of nori - the sailfin
And foxface are the only ones who eat that
Late afternoon: one cube mysis frozen with just a few pellets

the shrimp get the pellets mostly so I like those for them.. I have seeded live pods into the tank and have pods in the sand bed.. the six line always looks fat but I mainly am concerned about the flame hawk ... it’s belly is full after feedings... but it slims down... everyone seems fat and happy but they’re growing.. so I sort of feel like I need to start doing three cubes frozen daily soon.. thoughts?

Well if they're juveniles, and they're growing and have relatively fat stomachs, that's a good sign. If they have pinched stomachs, then you should feed more. But if it's just a matter of having a slight distension that goes away after a few hours, that's normal (it happens to me...).
