How much food should I be feeding

I have a 123l tank which I’ve had for nearly 2 months with fish in for about a month.

Currently I have:

1) Royal Gramma
2) Bangaii Cardinal
3) Firefish
4) cleaner shrimp (added only a few days ago)
5) Emerald Crab (added only a few days ago)
6) Two turbo snails (added only a few days ago)
7) Three Nassarius snails (added only a few days ago)

At present I’ve only been feeding half a cube of Artemia (so about 2g a day) (quarter cube evening and morning) , this doesn’t seem enough to me (although all fish seem to be doing well) is there a way of calculating how much I should be using?

Also all the cleanup crew I added this weekend seem to be doing well , however, one nassarius snail barely comes out when it’s feeding time (the other two shoot straight out) and barely moves when he does come out, is this normal and he’s just settling in ? Or is something amiss?

What they can eat in about 2-3 minutes two or three times a day. Fish's digestive systems aren't super efficient so they generally need less food, but more often a day. So it isn't advisable to saturate them with just one meal a day. Since your tank is also young you can use nori wrapped around a rock with a rubber band on the sand bed overnight once a week for the crab. Just a little piece will do. After six or seven months you don't have to do this as often. I try to run super low nutrient systems so I feed my hermits and emeralds twice a week.

Nassarius snails can stay buried for days. I wouldn't worry about it. If it is ok after 48 hours after acclimating they usually do fine. They can also die without you knowing.
