How much warmer do T5's run in comparison to LED's?

I've had T5's in the past on freshwater tanks, but it's been a while and I don't much remember. Here's my deal now, I'm running a 90 gallon mixed with mostly softies and lps, I currently have 2 black boxes on top that I'm wanting to upgrade. I really want to run an Aquatic Life 48" T5 hybrid, and supplement it with some Kessils or AI's in the future. But I'm worried about the extra heat from the T5's, my tank runs on the warm side to begin with, it's at about 80-82 most of the time. I feel like the T5's might push the temp a bit too much. Thoughts?

Simple watt is a unit of heat. So just compare the # of watts for a LED vs t5 system that would work on your tank.
as far as heat 100 watts is 100 watts is 100 watts it's just that one might put out more light with the same 100 watts
