How much would you feed?

Hi Guys, I'm 10mths into my 5ft 100g saltwater tank. I'm running 2 canister filters so therefor no sump & no protein skimmer & therefor battling to keep excess nutrients at bay. I'm constantly thinking I'm feeding the tank too much & other occasions thinking I'm not feeding enough. Its only a FOWLR tank with small amount of GSP. My current stock is below & i generally feed the tank 2 cubes a day or mysis & very small daily sprinkle of flakes & a weekly bit of nori. They always seem like their hungry but would they always seem that way regardless. Adequate or too much you feel??
Yellow tang, Blue tang, 2 clowns, Gramma, Magnificent Foxface, Jewel Blenny. 15x hermits/15x snails(approx). 2x Tuxedo urchins. Cleaner shrimp.
Most fish medium/small size.

Yes been looking hetting a Tunze 9012 skimmer but will be a few months yet..

I don't think your feeding too much, and I agree with above, will have better result with a hob skimmer. Unless you clean your canisters very frequently, they are collecting the nutrients for you.

Well 1 is a SunSun3000 canister & 1 is internal filter that comes with a Juwel 450ltr tank. I do 10% water change a week. The internal filter/pads etc gets cleaned out every week but I do slack a wee bit on the canister. But yes a Tunze 9012 it on my shopping list unless I sort my husbandry out.
