Hi all,
I, like a lot of people are in a battle to keep nitrates down. If someone came out with a device that could lower your nitrates down to
zero, or whatever level you desire in your tank, with no side effects, and was very easy to implement, how much would you be willing to pay
for said item? In theory, this item would eliminate any nitrate problems in one tank for at least 5 years.

I am not selling or suggesting a product ......this is just for fun!

I myself would probably pay in the $300 to $400 range...mostly because that is all I can afford .

How much would you be willing to spend to never have to worry about nitrates for at least 5 years????

Thanks!
Mike

I know it does.....that why the multiple disclosures... I swear I have nothing to sell!! LOL

It'd be worth a couple hundred at least. Think about the money you would save over the five year period from not having to buy reactors, media, etc.

I wouldn't pay for it as I can accomplish that without fancy devices...

However for those who need the solution it would depend on if it requires media changes, what the maintenance cycle is, risk of crashing, setup difficulty, etc...

For discussion sake, this item purchased to rid yourself of nitrate would be bulletproof to set up, have no risk of crashing your tank and
not require anything additional for at least 5 years.

Ask Zero Nitrates! Lol.

I really wouldn't want to have zero nitrates because that's when everything starts bleaching out….Nitrates are actually good if you have them under control….Now zero phosphates that's a different story!
