How often and how much should I feed an angler?

I recently get a juv frogfish (I believe its a painted frogfish) about 2-3 inches in size. I've done some research about how much to feed it. I just have some mixed info on how much should I feed it. Some says feed 1 small krills every 3 or 4 days some say give it a big meal until its belly puffed up every 6 or 7 days. What do you guys think?

We had one at work. Apparently they lie in seaweed for a week or so and only eat when a school swims past so I'd go with the week option. Ours was big so every 5days worked for us. On day 6 he would start roaming so that was a good indicator for us.
Ps love them, great fish with awesome personality
