How often are you changing your carbon?

I am coming off of Flux Rx treatment and thrown in a bag of carbon in the AIO media basket (40gal long). I think it's been in there about 2 weeks. Maybe? Anyway, how often are you all changing out your carbon? How much do you put in at a time? Thanks!

Once a month is a good rule I go off of.

Not always one I stick to, but it's a good guideline.

Definitely also depends on size of tank and size of bag

I like to switch out my chemi pure about once a month on my 20 gallon
