how often change media?

Hey, How often do you guys change your Carbon and GFO Media?

The carbon will more than likey be used within a 2 weeks to a month. The gfo could last longer but a monthly change wont hurt anything as long as your phosphate levels didnt creep up (probably wouldnt happen in a month).

hey thanx guys! I just got done doing a 15g water change and changing my media
